Before embarking on her journey of becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Meagan spent a year in Guangzhou, China studying Chinese language and culture. As her interest in health and wellness grew, she enrolled at West Coast College of Massage Therapy where she successfully graduated in 2015 and fulfilled her goal of providing medical care in a calming environment. She spent the first seven years of practice servicing the downtown Vancouver, New West, and tri-cities communities before moving back to her hometown of Abbotsford in 2023.
Meagan’s practice is focused in perinatal health, and in 2021 she began taking birth doula coursework and has had the honour of providing her clients with massage, education, and comfort during their births. During her RMT practicum she gained the experience of working with high risk pregnancies and complicated labours at BC Women’s Hospital in Vancouver.
